Rotisserie Mom’s DDO

A great new restaurant recently opened up on the West Island of Montreal, Rotisserie Mom’s. It’s an upbeat, family-friendly restaurant that is a great place to take the kids.

Their rotisserie chicken is succulent and flavourful, the salads are fresh and their portions are generous. Overall, their prices are reasonable and I love that they have a play area for my kids.

The moment we walk in, the kids hang up their jackets and head to the play area to play with the toy kitchen, small slide, chalkboard and train set while we place our order. They play until the food is ready, wash their hands and come eat. If even they finish eating before us, the play area is strategically placed so as a parent, I’m comfortable with them going back to play while we finish our meal. They can’t make it out of the restaurant (though I admit, they may have tried) without being detected.

Their menu is varied but mostly everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The food tastes real, not frozen and reheated. Their menu consists of rotisserie chicken meals as well as marinated, fried chicken with lots of side options. There are also a few seafood options, our personal favourite is their popcorn shrimp.

After a busy week of work, homework, chores and errands, I love that we can swing by Rotisserie Mom’s for a meal on the weekend and our kids eat for only $2.

They recently opened up shop at boulevard des Sources and Brunswick boulevard in Dollard Des Ormeaux (the West Island of Montreal). Everything on the menu at this location is halal.

Please note, this review is for this specific location however Rotisserie Mom’s is a franchise, part of an international chain of restaurants. Feel free to check out one near you.
