Getting my yummy gummy vitamin fix with #NutriminCA #vegan #halal
Don’t forget to take your Nutrimins!
As parents we strive to feed our kids healthy balanced meals. The truth is, that is not always possible. To ensure that my kids get an adequate amount of vitamins and nutrients, I encourage them to have a multi-vitamin after breakfast. As a child I used to walk into the drug store with my parents and gaze into brightly coloured bottles of gummy multi-vitamins wishing I could taste their yummy gumminess. Fast forward a couple of decades and up until recently my kids were doing the same thing. I have yet to meet a child that does not adore gummies, or specifically gummy multi-vitamins.
My family and I only eat halal (which literally translates to permissible or allowed). This means meat (except pork) that is slaughtered in a more specific manner.
While I am blessed with kids who love their fruits and veggies I try to be as particular as possible when it comes to them taking their multi-vitamins. My son doesn’t typically mind taking the hard, distasteful tablets however my daughter is a whole other story. I would occasionally find them stashed behind the garbage container, “accidentally” dropped near the cat food, or mysteriously disappear off the table. In her defense she eats better than most adults I know but nonetheless as a parent I always want to ensure I am doing what I can to provide her with a healthy and balanced diet.
I recently learnt of Nutrimin an amazing Canadian company manufacturing halal/vegan multi-vitamin gummies! If you eat halal or are vegan you will completely understand why I did a proverbial back flip out of sheer excitement. My seven year old self’s desire to eat vitamin gummies had finally come true!
We received our order by mail (easy, efficient and excellent service) and much to our delight the delicious Nutrimin multi-vitamins taste delicious and are a complete game changer in the world of vegan/halal multi-vitamin gummies. The company’s focus is on providing people around the world with vegetarian sourced supplements. None of their products contain animal products or alcohol and are therefore naturally considered Halal.
They have a complete product line for every age group; from children to seniors. I also love that Nutrimin provides free Canada wide shipping and monthly subscriptions so you are always well stocked when it comes to nutritious gummies.
What sets Nutrimin apart from other vitamins on the market is their basic principles. Their products cater to the dietary needs of people of various ethnic, religious, and lifestyle origins and all of their products are 100% vegan and halal.

As a parent, I love that there is absolutely no gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, alcohol, or animal sources in any of the products. As a person of faith who only eats halal, I am thankful that the days of bland, tasteless, hard vitamins are gone. My family and I are excited for yummy gummy days ahead.
UPDATE: Please note this post has been updated so as to remove the use of the word Kosher. Though these products are 100% vegan and do not contain any animal products, they are not certified kosher.
I remember eating some Flintstone vitamins when I was a kid, and they were also really good. Tasty vitamins are definitely a great thing for keeping kids healthy. My only question about these vitamins is, how much sugar do they have?
That is a really important concern Natalie. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that each dose of gummy Nutrimins contains only about a gram or so of sugar. As a mom, I am totally okay with that.
Sounds like the perfect vitamin option for every kid. Halal, vegan and looks tasty as well. If I was a kid again, will definitely take this vitamin.
I agree! Although what is wonderful about Nutrimin vitamins is that they make a line for kids, adults and seniors. There are Nutrimins for everyone 🙂
I like vitamins in gummy forms. They taste better and they don’t get stuck in your throat like the big pill does.
Didn’t know about this, great tips for a healthy life. These supplements are definitely something to be considered.
I am surprised it took someone this long to come out with a gummi vitamin that caters to the needs of vegans, etc. I am also surprised that thery are not Kosher–generally Halel and Kosher seem to go the same way.
Actually Michele the vitamins are not officially kosher certified but they do not contain any animal product therefore (as my exclusively kosher eating friends have confirmed) they are considered permissible. From the company’s perspective however they cannot promote the product as kosher certified until they get that official seal.
Wow these sound perfect for the kids’ daily routine. They will be much happier to have candy-like gummies like these!
its neat to see a gummy that is vegan. I don’t see that often at all.
Didn’t know about this. such a nice for health a tips to considered
I haven’t tried this particular brand but I love love love adult vitamin gummies!
My kids would love these! I don’t know much about vegan products but it sounds awesome!
It is funny the things we take for granted. I never gave a lot of thought to gummy vitamins. I’m glad your kids get to experience them.
I’m a believer when it comes to vitamins as not everybody has perfect health. Multivitamins can really increase your immune system.
To be honest I never used to take vitamins but now I am daily and making my daughter take them too!
I’ve never heard this before, I think this one would love my kids. They love to chew gummy nutrimin and it’s awesome.
